Is your team aligned to a clear vision?

One of a leader’s greatest challenges is to get a team aligned around a clear vision.  Bringing a diverse team of individuals to a shared vision can be a serious stumbling block because different people will see situations and challenges very differently.

Here is a photograph of something that we have all seen before.  Much like a Rorschach test (ink-blot), what you see in the image will reflect something about you.  Take a moment to really look at it.  What do you see?
