One of a team’s greatest challenges is to get aligned around a clear vision.  Bringing a diverse team of individuals to a shared vision can be a serious stumbling block because different people will see situations and challenges very differently.

Here is a photograph of something we’re probably all familiar with.  Much like a Rorschach test (ink-blot), what you see in the image will reflect something about you.  Take a moment to really look at it.  What do you see?

Many people report seeing an igloo, a chickadee, a duck, or a dog.  While none of these are “wrong”, the photograph is actually of something else.
